Thank you for choosing our outdoor experiences. Before completing your booking, we invite you to carefully read the terms and conditions governing the contract between you and our center. These terms outline how we organize activities and handle any cancellation or refund requests.

Even if the booking and payment were made by another person, you will still be required to provide your personal details and confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted both the general contract conditions, the liability waiver, and the privacy policy.

1. Cancellation and Refunds Due to Force Majeure
If we are forced to cancel the activity before it starts due to force majeure (e.g., adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, or situations that make it impossible to conduct the activity safely), we will offer you the option to choose between:
- A new booking, subject to availability.
- A full refund of the amount paid, without any further compensation or indemnity.
Note:
If the activity has already started and is interrupted due to unforeseen or dangerous circumstances (sudden bad weather, rising river levels, or other conditions compromising safety), no refund or rescheduling will be provided. Under Article 59, Paragraph 1, Letter n) of the Consumer Code, leisure services scheduled for a specific date do not include the right of withdrawal or refund, even in the case of unforeseen events that interrupt their execution.
Voluntary abandonment of the activity by the participant, once started, does not entitle them to any refund.

2. Right of Withdrawal
Under Article 59, Paragraph 1, Letter n) of the Consumer Code, transactions related to our outdoor activities do not include the right of withdrawal provided for in Articles 52 and following of the same Code.
The experiences offered fall under the category of leisure services scheduled for a specific date or period and are therefore excluded from the right of withdrawal.

3. Booking Modification Options
However, if you contact us at least 10 days before the scheduled activity date, you may request a voucher equal to the amount already paid. The voucher can be used for future bookings within the same solar season, subject to activity availability.

4. Participant Requirements
Please note that it is the participant's responsibility to ensure they meet the specific requirements indicated in the chosen activity description. If the requirements are not met, no refund will be provided.
